PRESCRIBING INFORMATION
COMPOSITION Per tablet: Standardised and patented Ginkgo Biloba Extract (EGb 761®): 40mg. Excipeient q.s.:250mg. Per dose: Ginkgo Biloba Extract (EGb 761) : 40mg. Excipient:soluble lemon extract 0.75ml, soluble orange extract 0.75ml, sodium saccharin 0.500g Aqueous alcohol solution (alcohol: approx 0.55%).
INDICATION Cerebral circulatory insufficiency and its functional manifestations (vertigo, headache, loss of memory, decrease in intellectual capacity, disturbances on motor functions, affective and personality disorders). Peripheral vascular disorders: Arteriopathy of the lower limbs and their trophic complications. Distal vasomotor disorder and microcirculatory problems (Acroparesthesia, acroerythrocyanosis, capillary fragility). Opthalmologic and ENT circulatory neurosensory disorder. Ginkgolic acid < 5 p.p.m.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION 1 dose = 1 ml – 40 mg pure extract. Usual dosage: 3 tablets or 3 doses (- 3ml) per day, diluted in half a glass of water and take it before meal.
ADVERSE EFFECTS Adverse effects have been reported rarely: digestive disturbances, rashes, headaches.
PRESENTATION Tablets: 30 tablets per box in blister strips. Oral solution: 30ml bottle with measuring pipette.
